  • Project Data: Information shared within Notion, Slack, and Google Drive for the purpose of your consulting program.

3. How We Use Your Data (Lawful Basis)

We only use your data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we use it for:

  • Performance of a Contract: To deliver the 4-month or 6-month consulting services you have purchased.

  • Legitimate Interests: To respond to your inquiries, improve our website, and manage our business relationship.

  • Legal Obligation: To keep financial records for UK tax purposes (HMRC).

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use high-quality third-party tools to deliver our services. These providers may process your data on our behalf:

  • Communication: Slack, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet.

  • Fulfillment & Storage: Notion, Google Drive, Loom.

  • Payments: Stripe, Wise.

  • Website: Framer (Analytics).

Note on Meta Pixel: We may use the Meta Pixel in the future for advertising purposes. When implemented, this will require your explicit consent via our website's cookie banner.

Some of our service providers (e.g., Slack, Google, Notion) are based outside the UK (primarily in the USA). We ensure that these transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or other legally recognized "adequacy" frameworks to ensure your data remains secure.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
