Delivery Policy

This policy outlines how Morrell Strategy LTD (“we”, “us”) delivers its digital consulting programs and strategy services to clients. By engaging our services, you agree to the delivery methods and timelines outlined below.

1. Service Durations

Delivery occurs over a set period of time rather than as a one-time transaction. Our standard delivery windows are:

  • Strategy Consulting Program: Delivered over a period of four (4) months.

  • Done-For-You (DFY) Service: Delivered over a minimum period of six (6) months, unless otherwise specified in your individual contract.

2. Delivery Channels & Access

Our services are delivered digitally through a combination of synchronous communication and asynchronous assets. Upon commencement, you will be granted access to:

  • Central Workspace: A shared Notion page and Google Drive folder containing all strategy documents, assets, and tracking sheets.

  • Asynchronous Updates: Video briefings provided via Loom.

  • Communication Hubs: Direct access via Slack or WhatsApp for day-to-day coordination.

  • Live Sessions: Strategy sessions conducted via online video call (Zoom/Google Meet).

3. Fulfillment Milestones

Fulfillment is considered "in-progress" from the moment the kickoff call is completed or the shared Notion workspace is initialized. Delivery is considered "complete" at the end of the agreed-upon 4 or 6-month term, provided all scheduled strategy sessions and assets defined in your Statement of Work have been provided.

4. No Revisions Policy

Due to the nature of strategic consulting—which involves high-level advisory, real-time feedback, and execution based on professional expertise—we do not offer a "revisions" process. * Our work is iterative and based on the data and insights available at the time of delivery.

  • While we encourage open dialogue and feedback during our Slack/WhatsApp communications and live calls, the final strategic recommendations and deliverables are considered final upon delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities & Delays

The timely delivery of our strategy depends on your active participation. We are not liable for "late" delivery or missed milestones if:

  • The client fails to attend scheduled video calls.

  • The client fails to provide necessary business data or approvals via Slack/WhatsApp.

  • There are delays in responding to queries within the shared Notion/Google Drive workspaces.

6. Technical Issues

Should you lose access to the shared Notion page, Slack channel, or Google Drive folder, please notify dom@morrellstrategy.com immediately. We will restore access or provide alternative delivery of all assets within 24 hours.

7. Proof of Delivery

For the purpose of payment verification and service fulfillment, we maintain logs of:

  • Calendar invites and attendance records for video calls.

  • Timestamped activity in shared Notion and Google Drive workspaces.

  • Sent Loom video links and message history in Slack/WhatsApp.
